Schedule / Expected Work Hours Must be able to work varied hours, including weekends, evenings, holidays, etc.

Responsibilities

Guide the day-to-day operations of the Retreat to ensure excellence in every touchpoint

Lead, mentor, and empower a high-performing team of therapists, consultants, and support staff, creating a supportive and rejuvenating internal culture

Deliver operational excellence by ensuring consistent adherence to Heights standards

Proactively recruit exceptional team members who align with our mission and culture

Lead all training and development for all retreat members

Implement strategic retention practices, including regular check-ins, growth plans, and performance recognition

Manage scheduling, performance, and guest relations with a focus on exceptional service and measurable wellness results

Champion the Cloud 9 experience by continuously innovating guest journeys through elevated touchpoints and wellness enhancements

Maintain seamless communication across departments to ensure every guest’s journey is personalized, purposeful and unforgettable

Monitor KPIs, guest feedback, and operational data to optimize performance and guest satisfaction

Model excellence by setting the tone with gracious hospitality, intentional communication, and excellence in every interaction with guests and team members

Plan, prepare, and execute events to promote Heights Wellness in your area

Conduct the necessary marketing activities to drive leads

Qualifications

Lead and mentor therapists, consultants, and support staff, fostering a positive work culture

Ensure operational excellence and adherence to Heights standards in daily retreat operations

Recruit and train team members, aligning with the retreat’s mission and culture

Familiarity with a branded or franchise environment is preferred

Implement retention strategies, including growth plans and performance recognition

Manage scheduling, performance, and guest relations, focusing on exceptional service

Innovate guest journeys and enhance wellness experiences

Proven success in recruiting and retaining service talent through strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills

Monitor KPIs and guest feedback to optimize performance and satisfaction

Conduct local marketing activities to drive leads and promote Heights Wellness
