Responsibilities
Manage shift – cost controls, inventory control, cash control and customer relations.
Follow ALL policy and procedures 100% of the time and set example.
Staffing, paperwork, cost controls, cash control, food management, scheduling, image, customer service, attendance, transportation, store cleanliness, marketing.
Ensure profitability and adherence to standards.
Qualifications and Essential Functions
Operate all equipment, stock ingredients, prepare product, process telephone orders, take inventory, complete paperwork, clean equipment and facility daily.
Orientation and training provided on the job.
Communication skills – give correct written instructions, communicate verbally with customers and co‑workers over phone and in person.
Basic math – add, subtract, multiply, divide, give correct change.
Verbal, writing, telephone skills for orders; motor coordination for precise movements; computer or touchscreen use.
