Operate all equipment; stock ingredients; prepare products; receive and process telephone orders; take inventory; complete related paperwork; and maintain daily cleanliness of equipment and facilities. Provide excellent customer service, maintain attendance and punctuality, and ensure the store presents a professional image. Transfer transportation to/from work as needed and support a safe, efficient work environment. Qualifications
Must be 18 years of age or older. Strong communication skills; ability to comprehend and issue written instructions and communicate verbally with customers and co-workers. Essential skills include basic math, monetary change accuracy, and ability to enter orders using a computer or touch screen. Ability to work with a team, perform repetitive tasks, and manage multiple priorities under time pressure. Physical requirements including standing, walking, lifting, reaching, and exposure to kitchen equipment up to high temperatures. Work Environment & Requirements
Exposure to varying weather conditions and temperatures typical of a pizza delivery/fast-food environment. Ability to use knives, ovens, and other kitchen tools safely; ability to navigate stairs in multi-story delivery scenarios when applicable. Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle for delivery responsibilities (where applicable).
