You are responsible for everything that happens during your shift, including cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations. Lead by example and enforce policy and procedures 100% of the time. Manage staffing, paperwork, cost controls, cash control, food management, scheduling, store image, adherence to standards, customer service, attendance and punctuality, transportation to/from work, store cleanliness, marketing, and profitability. Support advancement opportunities, with team members able to grow from delivery drivers to management roles or franchise ownership. Qualifications
General duties for all store team members: operate equipment, stock ingredients, prepare products, receive/process orders (in-store and telephone), take inventory, complete paperwork, and maintain cleanliness. Training: on-the-job orientation and training. Communication: ability to understand and convey written instructions; communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders. Essential Skills: numerical accuracy (add/subtract/multiply/divide), make correct monetary change, verbal/written/telephone communication, and eye-hand coordination to process orders quickly. Physical requirements and work conditions: exposure to varying temperatures, odors, and kitchen environment; ability to lift/move up to 50 pounds; standing for extended periods; occasional stairs or ladders for price changes and maintenance. Working Environment
Exposure to heat from ovens, cooking surfaces, and equipment; kitchen and dining area cleaning; fast-paced customer service setting. Other Information
