What You’ll Do
Oversee daily operations and maintain high standards in service, cleanliness, and execution
Drive top‑line revenue and manage profitability through effective systems and leadership
Lead, coach, and hold accountable a team of hourly and salaried staff
Recruit and train team members to deliver consistent guest experiences
Control costs, manage inventory, and ensure scheduling efficiency
Create a positive, professional workplace culture
Uphold all health, safety, and compliance standards
What We’re Looking For
5+ years of General Manager experience in a full‑service restaurant
Strong leadership presence with the ability to build and manage a high‑performing team
Excellent communication, organizational, and follow‑through skills
Proven success managing P&L and driving both sales and profitability
Hands‑on, guest‑facing leadership style
Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
