What You’ll Be Working On

First 6 months: work with an NP, PA, or Physician preceptor with 3+ years graduate clinical experience.

Case‑review: appointment review with your preceptor.

Assignments: clinical learning.

Didactics: guided learning from faculty.

Co‑managing a patient panel with acute, chronic and well visits.

Treating patients in‑office, at testing centers or via tele‑health visits.

Continuous learning during weekly Clinical Rounds and through other modalities.

Ongoing collaboration with in‑office teammates via daily huddles and with virtual clinical teams.

Utilization of your specific clinical training and opportunities to perform in‑office procedures.

Education, Licenses, And Experiences Required For This Role

Graduation date between Spring 2025 - Fall 2025 from an accredited FNP or PA program with a national certification.

Must already be licensed in Washington, DC.

Must be board certified as an FNP or PA‑C by start date in May 2026.

This is a full‑time role based in our

Farragut Square Office in Washington, DC . One Medical is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The base salary range for this role is $122,100 per year. Final determination of starting pay may vary based on practice experience and patient care schedule.
