TCS works to change the perceptions of individuals with disabilities in the workforce by having them work in integrated settings where their value, productivity, commitment and dedication can be experienced by all. TCS works with SourceAmerica, a national nonprofit that facilitates the AbilityOne Program and with NYSID, to advance employment opportunities for people with disabilities.
With an annual operating budget of more than $37M, there are over 350 TCS team members working in 50 locations throughout New York City, Long Island, New Jersey, Albany, Puerto Rico and US Virgin Islands. For more information about TCS, visit their website at www.thecorporatesource.org.

Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, the Chief Impact Officer (CIO) is a newly reimagined position within TCS. The CIO is a key member of the executive leadership team, responsible for overseeing all operational aspects of the organization.
