Our client is seeking a professional, detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide dedicated support to their leadership team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional organizational skills, strong communication, and a proactive approach to anticipating needs in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. This role requires someone poised, polished, and capable of managing a wide range of executive-level responsibilities with discretion and efficiency.

Salary Range: $110,000.00 - $120,000.00
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative and logistical support to executives, including calendar management, scheduling, and travel coordination.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications, ensuring a professional and timely response.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, meeting materials, reports, and presentations.
- Coordinate high-level meetings and events, including catering, logistics, and follow-up actions.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion.
- Track and follow up on key action items, ensuring deadlines are met and priorities stay on track.
- Liaise with clients, partners, and vendors in a polished and professional manner.
- Anticipate needs and take initiative to create efficiencies and improve processes.
Requirements:
- 2–4 years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting senior leadership in a corporate or high-end hospitality environment.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Highly proactive and solutions-oriented, with excellent judgment and discretion.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, email platforms, and scheduling tools.
- Confident, professional demeanor with a warm and approachable presence.
