  • Schedule:
  • Roughly 1-2 weeks/month in 2026
  • Open shifts for 2025 (must be able to cover all - or close to all - shifts):
  • Sept 15-25 (off 16th)
  • Oct 1-13 (off 3, 4, 5, 7)
  • Oct 29-Nov 1
  • Nov 5
  • Nov 22-26 (off 25)
  • Dec 28-31 (off 30)
  • Call Coverage: On-call for most dates listed
  • Clinic Work: Some days include both clinic and call
  • Call Structure: CNMs take first call; OB/GYN called in for complications
  • Procedures done in the OR: LEEP
Clinical Setting
  • Facility Type: 25-bed critical access hospital
  • Clinic patient volume: daily basis - 8-10 visits daily
  • Annual Births: 120
  • Team Composition: OB/GYNs, FM/OBs, and CNMs
  • Department: Small but tight-knit, skilled, and community-focused
  • Procedures done in the office: Colposcopies, certain biopsies, IUD/Nexplanon insertions/removals
Skill Requirements
  • Strong GYN Experience Required
  • Routine GYN Procedures Include:
  • Endometrial ablation
  • IUD insertion/removal
  • Menopausal management
  • Failed medical management
  • Urinary incontinence care
