Trainee 360 Recruitment Consultant – Edgewater, Miami (On-site)

Package: $50,000–$55,000 base + uncapped commission- OTE for 1st years c$85,000

As a 360 Recruitment Consultant, you’ll manage the full recruitment lifecycle. From identifying new business and building client relationships to sourcing top talent and closing deals, you’ll be at the center of every stage. You’ll work toward weekly and monthly targets, expand your professional network, and develop a strong presence in your market. Key Responsibilities

• Learn and apply the full 360 recruitment process from business development to candidate delivery.
• Win new clients through outreach, calls, and networking.
• Source, interview, and manage candidates for contract and permanent roles.
• Build and maintain long‑term client relationships.
• Work toward weekly/monthly KPIs with guidance and support.
• Develop specialist expertise in SAP, Salesforce, or Data markets.

• No prior recruitment experience needed; full training provided.
• Sales or customer‑facing experience is a plus, but not essential.
• Target‑driven, competitive, and motivated by results.
• Strong communicator who enjoys building relationships.
