Compensation:
$50,000–$55,000 base + uncapped commission (1st year OTE: $75K–$80K)

Start building your own client base once you’re consistently delivering and closing
Engage hiring managers through email, calls, and LinkedIn outreach
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle – from client acquisition to candidate placement
