Sr. SoC Prototyping Engineer, AI Hardware Join Tesla as a Senior SoC Prototyping Engineer in our AI Hardware team. The role focuses on delivering prototypes of custom SoCs for early software development, architecting, building, and debugging prototyping environments using Synopsys HAPS, and collaborating with cross‑functional teams to develop innovative hardware solutions. We are open to hiring in Austin, TX; Palo Alto, CA. What To Expect As a key member of the Design Verification team, you will architect and debug prototyping environments, deliver SoC‑level prototypes, and collaborate with software and hardware teams to build scalable AI hardware solutions.
