What you’ll do

HR Integration Execution & Ownership

• Own all HR items on the integration project plan, ensuring every task is completed accurately, on time, and in accordance with company standards.
• Serve as the day-to-day point person for HR‑related integration activities with each acquired company.
• Maintain detailed tracking of deliverables, status, risks, and dependencies across multiple integrations at once.

M&A Lifecycle Management

• Partner with the VP of HR and VP of Integrations to support HR due diligence, integration preparation, and post‑close execution.
• Lead HR diligence information requests, data collection, document validation, and risk identification for each acquisition.
• Compile and summarize HR diligence findings and partner with the VP of HR on recommendations and pre‑close planning.
• Collect, validate, and organize all required HR diligence materials (employee rosters, comp and benefits data, org charts, PTO policies, handbooks, etc.).
• Support the creation of integration summaries, risk assessments, and onboarding plans for newly acquired employees.
