What you’ll do HR Integration Execution & Ownership
Own all HR items on the integration project plan, ensuring every task is completed accurately, on time, and in accordance with company standards.
Serve as the day-to-day point person for HR‑related integration activities with each acquired company.
Maintain detailed tracking of deliverables, status, risks, and dependencies across multiple integrations at once.
M&A Lifecycle Management
Partner with the VP of HR and VP of Integrations to support HR due diligence, integration preparation, and post‑close execution.
Lead HR diligence information requests, data collection, document validation, and risk identification for each acquisition.
Compile and summarize HR diligence findings and partner with the VP of HR on recommendations and pre‑close planning.
Collect, validate, and organize all required HR diligence materials (employee rosters, comp and benefits data, org charts, PTO policies, handbooks, etc.).
Support the creation of integration summaries, risk assessments, and onboarding plans for newly acquired employees.
