Our client is a leading law firm with offices around the world. They are seeking a Junior HR Generalist to join their team in Washington, DC. The position is hybrid and requires 2-3 days in the office per week. They offer excellent benefits, including benefits from Day 1, 401(k), and unlimited PTO!
Who You Are
You have 2+ years of experience in HR support, recruiting coordination, or a similar role
You are highly organized, detail-oriented, and a clear communicator
You know your way around Microsoft Office and HR platforms like UKG or similar
You work well with others and take initiative to solve problems
What You’ll Do
Coordinate hiring logistics, including job postings, interviews, and ATS updates
Support onboarding and offboarding, ensuring compliance and smooth transitions
Maintain accurate employee records and update internal systems
Assist HR leaders with calendars, meetings, and travel
Track people data and create reports on key HR metrics
Contribute to projects related to DEI, training, and internal communications
Handle sensitive employee information with care

Recruiting and onboarding processes run smoothly and efficiently
HR systems and records stay current and compliant
Team leaders are supported with reliable coordination and logistics
You’re known as a dependable, proactive member of the team
You help create a workplace culture that’s inclusive, thoughtful, and team-oriented
Salary Range: $65,000 – 75,000 annually, based on experience
