Description
- Commuting to office in Downtown Boston 5 days a week
- Managing commercial interiors projects from start through completion
- Coordinating schedules, budgets, and subcontractors
- Visiting job sites as needed to monitor progress
- Communicating with clients and internal leadership teams
- Utilizing Procore for project documentation and reporting
- Driving project success while maintaining quality and safety standards
Profile
- 5+ years of experience as a PM
- Must have Downtown Boston interiors project background
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Science, Construction Management, Engineering, or related fields
- MUST have Procore
- Commutable to the office in Downtown Boston, in office 5 days a week
- Self‑motivated, able to work independently as well as alongside a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
