Litigation Senior Associate / Senior Counsel (7+ Years)
Our client, a thriving Chicago boutique litigation firm founded by a former large law firm partner, is seeking an experienced commercial litigator to join as a senior associate or senior counsel (title will reflect level of experience). This role offers an excellent opportunity to further develop your practice in a supportive and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities
Handle all aspects of litigation, from pre‑trial discovery through trial
Draft substantive motions, pleadings, and briefs; take and defend depositions; and appear in court
Counsel companies across a variety of industries in large, multi‑jurisdictional dispute proceedings
Required Qualifications
7+ years of complex commercial litigation experience
Desire to work in a busy and sophisticated boutique litigation practice
BigLaw experience preferred
Excellent academic credentials
Location Chicago, IL (Hybrid)
Compensation The anticipated base salary range for this position is $245,000+ (commensurate with experience and practice).
