Physician/Medical Director Position Summary No Call! Please join our team at Eventus WholeHealth as a physician at an innovative state-of-the-art practice where you can earn up to $400,000 in a private practice setting. Enjoy the flexibility of working in the community at Skilled Nursing and Assisted Living Facilities, leading a team of Advanced Practice Providers and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team, including Psychiatry and Psychotherapy, Podiatry and Wound Care (where available).

Responsibilities and Duties
Provide primary-care services in accordance with Eventus WholeHealth site-specific protocols and the standard of care for family medicine, geriatric medicine, and/or internal medicine as it pertains to long-term care facility work Review and sign MARs as requested by facilities; sign all orders for a supervising Physician; review and address labs within 24 hours; manage all scheduled medication prescriptions per facility policies Provide facility with adequate time for paperwork and administrative duties during visits Work with facilities to manage systems; attend care plan meetings and QA/PI meetings as requested On Call: be available to facilities between 8AM and 5PM on scheduled days; adhere to triage schedules as updated by the organization Submit copies of documentation and billing records according to billing schedules Establish and maintain open, positive communications with facility staff and administration; provide instructions or feedback regarding medications and pertinent caregiver information Meet with Administrator or designated care coordinator prior to the start and end of patient care visits each day Be knowledgeable of and adhere to Eventus Whole Health standards, policies, procedures and applicable laws/regulations; comply with regulatory agency requirements Maintain patient confidentiality; adhere to HIPAA rules and CPT coding guidelines
Qualifications/Education
Licensed MD or DO 3 years in Long Term Care/Geriatric Care preferred AMDA Certified a plus but not mandatory Strong leadership qualities Strong organizational skills Excellent written and verbal communications skills
