General Function A Pearle Vision Licensed Operator (Franchisee) seeks an Optometrist to provide high‑quality optometric patient care and professional services at their location. Compensation, benefits, and practice model (Employed or Independent) are negotiated directly with the Licensed Operator. This position is not an offer to buy or become an owner of a Pearle Vision Franchise; it is to work as an Employed or Independent Optometrist at a current Pearle Vision Franchise location.
Major Duties And Responsibilities
Provide high‑quality optometric care and services to patients.
Establish a positive Doctor‑Patient relationship.
Conduct all services in accordance with clinical protocols and accepted standards of care.
Ensure all patients receive accurate diagnosis and appropriate recommendations.
Create exceptional value through excellent patient/customer service within the Pearle Vision neighborhood eye care experience.
Collaborate with the Licensed Operator’s store team and field leadership to build a safe and motivating work environment that encourages innovation and growth.
Maintain office quality systems.
Contribute to Pearle Vision’s reputation as a leading optical provider within the community.
Basic Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited school of optometry.
Licensed to practice Optometry in the state of the practice location.
DPA and TPA certified.
Knowledge of current optometric technology and practices.
