Role Overview
The Engineering INFOSEC Senior TS/SCI expert provides cybersecurity leadership and guidance to the Program Executive Office Intelligence Electronic Warfare and Sensors Program Management Office Position, Navigation and Timing (PM PNT) leadership, ensuring the robust security of program systems throughout their lifecycle.
Responsibilities
Actively participates in PM PNT IPTs and cybersecurity-related meetings, independently designing and reviewing system cybersecurity requirements, architecture, and designs aligned with applicable standards.
Leads the planning, documentation, and execution of the Risk Management Framework (RMF), conducting comprehensive vulnerability assessments and developing related deliverables.
Takes ownership of maintaining Assessment & Authorization (A&A), Assess Only, and Interim Authority to Test (IATO) packages, proactively reviewing PM PNT acquisition documentation to identify and mitigate cybersecurity risks.
Provides critical technical support throughout all phases of system development, actively participating in technical reviews and contributing to weekly/bi-weekly IPTs, and lending expertise to the development of solicitation documentation and the evaluation of proposals.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science or related field.
Seven (7) years’ experience, including system security analysis and implementation, design assurance or testing for INFOSEC products and systems, integration or testing for INFOSEC products and systems.
Deep understanding of cybersecurity principles and DoD acquisition regulations to ensure the delivery of secure and resilient systems.
TS/SCI Clearance.
