Of course, you’ll need some skills – judgment, math and the ability to multitask.
Responsibilities
Oversee all cost controls, inventory and cash control during the shift.
Manage customer relations and ensure the team follows all policy and procedures 100% of the time.
Handle staffing, paperwork, food management and work to the schedule.
Maintain a perfect store image and adherence to standards.
Ensure exceptional customer service.
Maintain attendance, punctuality, transportation to/from work and store cleanliness.
Assist with marketing and profitability.
Qualifications
Operate all equipment and prepare product.
Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area and walk‑in cooler.
Receive and process telephone orders.
Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
Clean equipment and facility approximately daily.
Orientation and training provided on the job.
Strong communication skills: comprehend and give correct written instructions; communicate verbally with customers and co‑workers.
Accurate mental math – add, subtract, multiply, divide; make correct monetary change.
Pronounced verbal, writing and telephone skills for order processing.
Motor coordination to move quickly and accurately; enter orders using computer keyboard or touch screen.
Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record and access to an insured vehicle for delivery duties.

Fumes from food odors; exposure to cornmeal dust.
Working on hot surfaces/tools up to 500°F; sharp edges and moving mechanical parts.
Standing, walking, lifting up to 50 pounds, carrying, pushing and pulling trays or equipment.
