BetterUp is seeking a passionate and innovative

Product Manager

to design and build product experiences that enable human transformation at scale. Our science-backed platform uses an integrated approach, "braiding" together human coaching, AI technology, and the science of behavior change to drive individual and organizational transformation. What You’ll Do

Know the Customer: Develop deep understanding of customer needs through research, feedback, and data analysis to inform product decisions and ensure solutions address real user problems. Lead with Courage: Make bold decisions daily and champion innovation to ensure the product continuously evolves to meet changing demands. Drive Product Roadmap Clarity: Translate the product vision into a clear, actionable roadmap for your team. Continuously refine the roadmap based on customer feedback, market insights, and collaboration with app experience product leaders and the go-to-market team. Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with engineering, design, data, and all application and platform product teams to ensure high-quality solutions that target clear customer outcomes. Foster a culture of learning and innovation by validating solutions and iterating quickly. Craft Impactful User Experiences: Build transformational user experiences that not only meet customer needs but also push the boundaries of what’s possible. Ensure Development Excellence: Serve as the backbone of the product team by driving data-driven clarity and alignment across dependent teams. Location & Work Model

We are a hybrid company with a focus on in-person collaboration when necessary. Employees are expected to be available to work from one of our office hubs at least two days per week, or eight days per month. Our US hub locations include: Austin, TX; Chicago, IL; New York City, NY; San Francisco, CA; and the Washington, DC metro area. If this is a role based in Europe, our Europe hub locations are London, UK and Amsterdam, NL. Please ensure you can realistically commit to this structure before applying. What You’ll Bring

Solid experience as a Product Manager or in a product-focused role, with a track record of driving impact. Bonus if you’ve worked on AI/ML-powered products or platforms. Have contributed to finding product-market fit for at least one consumer-grade product (bonus for consumer apps in health, education, gaming). Self-directed and biased towards action, bringing teammates along with you on your journey, while constantly improving and open to feedback through collaboration. A collaborative team player who thrives in an outcome-driven environment and enjoys working with designers and engineers to validate and iterate on potential solutions. Strong decision-making skills and a growth mindset, with a passion for learning and improving processes. Exceptional standards for making data-informed decisions. Experience delivering high-quality, data-driven product experiences and driving clear business outcomes through product innovation. A deep commitment to building impactful solutions that meet customer needs and deliver measurable results. Computer science degree, MBA, and/or advanced psychology degree is a plus. AI at BetterUp
