Established in 2016, Slasify is a Singapore-based technology company operating with a fully remote team and is rapidly-growing through our EOR & payroll services rendered to businesses worldwide. Our colleagues are currently working in Taiwan, China, Singapore, Malaysia, South Korea, USA, Canada, France, Dubai, and more! We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Part-time Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should be a networking expert with a proven track record in building robust pipelines and driving business growth across the North American market. The candidate must also have a strong understanding of U.S. sales communication, be able to confidently close U.S. leads, and possess solid North American market exposure.

Responsibilities

Identify and prospect new business opportunities that result in new clients across the U.S. and North American context

Maintain accurate records and reports in our CRM system

Actively develop and maintain a strong network of small and mid-size business owners within the U.S. and North American context

Identify and establish potential channel partners and collaborations

Maintain and/or exceed monthly KPIs specific to the U.S. and North American market

Demonstrate strong understanding of U.S. sales communication styles, with the ability to effectively engage and close U.S.-based leads

Requirements

A minimum of 4 years of B2B business development experience, preferably within North America

Previous experience in a consultative sales role, demonstrating strong interpersonal and communication skills

Proven ability to consistently meet and exceed sales targets

Strong understanding of North American business culture and market dynamics

Fluency in English
