Lead a team to develop and communicate a clear vision and strategy for AI-driven HR solutions that reflect business priorities Guide the full product lifecycle for AI features, from initial concept through launch and ongoing iteration Serve as the link between technical AI teams and HR stakeholders by translating complex AI capabilities into actionable product requirements Develop and manage a product roadmap that prioritizes strategic objectives and incremental delivery of impactful projects Define and monitor success metrics for AI features and solutions, using data-driven insights to drive continuous improvement Collaborate with HR teams, Legal, and other business groups to gather requirements, manage expectations, and foster product adoption Working Conditions

Office environment Qualifications

What You’ll Bring to Spectrum

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science or related field Experience

3+ years of product management experience 3+ years of experience leading technology transformation projects with a focus on automation and process efficiency Preferred Qualifications/Experience

3+ years of product management experience in SaaS platforms such as Oracle, HCM, Workday or SAP Skills

Ability to read, write, speak and understand English Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a team to achieve objectives Exceptional communication and collaboration skills for influencing stakeholders Strategic thinking and business acumen to connect AI capabilities with HR needs Empathy for employee and HR user experiences Adaptability and comfort with ambiguity in fast-changing AI environments Deep understanding of HR processes such as recruiting, onboarding, talent management and employee life cycle, as well as associated technologies and systems Ability to align systems, programs and people with company strategy Get to Know Us: Charter Communications provides superior communication and entertainment products for residential and business customers through the Spectrum brand.
