As V.P. of Client Success, you will play a pivotal role in improving client experience, fostering customer relationships and identifying/pursuing opportunities to grow backend sales. This position requires strategic thinking, exceptional communication and relationship‑building skills, a deep understanding of digital marketing, and a passion for driving client success.

VIP Account Management

Oversee relationships with strategic accounts. Assure internal teams are meeting high‑standards of support, product quality and backend sales pursuits.

Assure internal teams understand the client’s business goals, and that we are providing tailored solutions.

Build relationships with clients to identify marketing needs and establish trust.

Strategic Planning

Work with AM’s to develop comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with client objectives and industry best practices.

Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to implement and execute strategies effectively.

Client Retention

Proactively identify and address client concerns to ensure high levels of

Implement retention strategies and initiatives to minimize churn and increase

Identify areas for improvement to elevate client experience through new tools, software, etc.

Account Growth

Identify upselling and cross‑selling opportunities within existing accounts

Collaborate and support the AM team to enhance strategy, identify opportunity, and drive account growth.

Develop and execute plans for account expansion, ensuring clients are aware of additional services and capabilities C Squared offers.

Travel for in‑person client meetings to build relationships with key accounts and identify opportunities for additional services.

Develop strategic sales programs for Account Managers with training/tracking/support.

Position Requirements

Minimum of 4 years of progressive account management experience

Minimum of 2 years of digital marketing experience

Strong business and sales acumen

Exceptional communication skills– both written and verbal

Ability to communicate with C‑Suite level executives on marketing strategies, budgets, and troubleshooting.

Experience leading initiatives

Ability to read, understand, and report campaign data

Proven ability to build report with clients

High attention to detail

Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks
