Requirements

Bachelors degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) is typically necessary

At least 5 years of relevant experience in software development

Proficiency in C++ programming language

Active and transferable Secret security clearance is mandatory prior to the start date

U.S. citizenship is required to qualify for a security clearance

Preferred degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering

Experience in the design, development, or integration of testing equipment or controlling complex hardware systems

Strong organizational, coordination, and planning abilities

Effective written and verbal communication skills

Familiarity with Software Agile Process

Experience developing software in a Linux environment

Understanding of Earned Value Management System (EVMS) terminology is beneficial

Existing SSBI clearance is a plus

Responsibilities

Collaborate with a cross-functional team to create software for Hardware‑In‑the‑Loop (HWIL) facilities, specifically flight simulators for missiles

Engage in software design, coding, and integration within a real‑time setup

Be prepared for travel up to 20% to assist with the development or delivery of our test environment equipment

Perform integration tasks that align requirements with measured outcomes

Troubleshoot RF systems effectively in various settings
