Key Responsibilities
Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns across digital, social, and email channels
Coordinate content creation for newsletters, blogs, and social media
Conduct market research and competitive analysis
Support brand and product marketing initiatives
Maintain and update marketing calendars, project trackers, and reporting dashboards
Track performance metrics and prepare reports for campaign performance
Help manage CRM and email automation workflows
Collaborate cross-functionally with sales and creative teams

Qualifications
College/Pro/Olympic Athletes or Veterans preferred
Strong writing and communication skills
Familiarity with digital marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, Canva, Google Analytics)
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
Coachable and eager to grow in a fast-paced environment
