Commercial Real Estate Practice Group Leader

of a middle-market, full-service firm in Chicago on a search for a

Commercial Real Estate Associate .

We have assisted five attorneys join this firm in the past year.

Compensation : Anticipated base salary range is

$175,000–$200,000, depending on experience , plus an

annual discretionary bonus

based on individual and firm performance.

Work-Life Balance : With an average billable hour requirement of approximately

1,600 hours , the firm prioritizes attorney well‑being and sustainable workloads.

The Firm is Seeking an Associate with:

4+ years of experience

in commercial real estate law, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, financing, and development

Experience

drafting and negotiating

purchase and sale agreements, joint venture agreements, loan documents, leases, and construction contracts

Admission to the Illinois Bar
