Lee & Hayes, an internationally known intellectual property (IP) and business law firm, is seeking an IP litigation associate for our Atlanta office. Ideal candidates will have one to four years of IP litigation experience, including at least some patent litigation experience.

Qualifications
One to four years of IP litigation experience, with at least some of that experience in patent litigation. Applicants should have excellent legal research and writing skills, as well as solid litigation experience including drafting pleadings and memorandums. The ideal candidate will be ready for career advancement by having direct contact with important clients, taking and defending depositions, and arguing motions on complex litigation matters. The successful applicant will also have aptitude and willingness to support the business development efforts of the IP Litigation group.
