What You'll Do Diagnose and repair vehicles to

manufacturer specifications

with accuracy and efficiency Perform maintenance, repairs, and inspections with high-quality workmanship Maintain high efficiency (100%+ productivity) and strong hours per RO (2.0+) Partner with Service Advisors to ensure clear communication and outstanding customer satisfaction Stay current with factory training and best practices Contribute to a clean, organized, and safety-focused shop environment

What You Bring Demonstrates a high “HQ” (Hospitality Quotient) consisting of kindness & optimism, intellectual curiosity, work ethic, empathy, self-awareness, and integrity. 2+ years of experience

as an automotive technician (dealership or independent shop) Factory and ASE certifications strongly preferred Strong diagnostic and mechanical repair skills Pride in your craft — with attention to accuracy, efficiency, and detail A positive, team-first attitude and commitment to hospitality-driven service Valid driver’s license and clean driving record :
