What You’ll Do
Build lasting relationships by helping guests find the perfect vehicle for their lifestyle
Deliver an exceptional, hospitality‑based buying experience every time
Negotiate all aspects of the sale, including price, financing, and trade‑in value, to secure the final purchase agreement
Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals (12–15+ units/month)
Master digital tools for lead follow‑up and CRM compliance (100%)
Collaborate with teammates and F&I partners to maximize customer satisfaction and dealership success
Assist with general tasks such as preparing vehicles for sale, adhering to dealership policies, and participating in marketing or community events as needed
What You Bring
A genuine passion for people, hospitality, and teamwork
Strong communication and follow‑up skills — both online and in person
A self‑starter mindset with the drive to learn and grow
Sales or hospitality experience preferred (automotive experience not required)
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
