Basic understanding of data center operations and cabling Ability to follow detailed instructions and work in a team environment Physically install server racks Rack/Stack & Break/Fix Troubleshoot network connectivity & Windows hardware/software Remove network cables as part of a data center decommission Use ticketing system Unbox, movement, staging of data center accessories for deployments Physical audits of data center assets QC cabling and labelling standards Handle complex RMA & swap parts Scope, test, QC, and troubleshoot power, cable connections Qualifications
1-3+ years of previous data center technician experience Rack/Stack and cabling (fiber, copper, cat5/6) experience Decommissioning and swapping parts Must be able to work 100% onsite Must be willing to work overtime as needed If interested: Please apply to the job application and email Derek at Dmautz @teksystems.com Pay And Benefits
The pay range for this position is $34.00 - $34.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
