CST - Surgical Technologist (Part Time Flex) - Day Shift
Seeking a Certified Surgical Technologist to serve with Essentia Health at St. Mary's Medical Center in Detroit Lakes, Minnesota. This CST generally works 24 hours weekly, but hours may be flexed upward or downward based on facility needs. Required schedule rotations include holidays, every 4th or 5th weekend on call, and one weekday on call when not on call for the weekend. The position has specific education and licensure requirements; please ensure you meet these criteria before applying. A $5,000 sign‑on bonus and relocation assistance are available.

What You'll Do Under the supervision of an RN, provide technical interventions in the Operating Room for patients of all ages. Responsibilities include instrument and equipment handling, prosthesis management, and supply coordination. Perform additional duties as assigned by the department.

Licensure / Certification Qualifications
Certified as a Surgical Technologist within one year of hire
AHA Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification within one month of hire
