Clinical Imaging Analyst (Cardiology/PACS) At Orion, we are seeking a Clinical Imaging Analyst (Cardiology/PACS) to manage and resolve the incidents and break‑fix requests related to cardiology PACS (Picture Archiving and Communication System). This opportunity involves working in a ticket queue, providing customer service, and collaborating with various stakeholders, including doctors and vendors.

Base pay range $105,000.00/yr - $115,000.00/yr

12‑month contract‑to‑hire; Fully Remote (U.S. – Central Time Zone)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Schedule: 9 to 5, supporting East Coast to Mountain time zones; No on‑call or weekend work.

Ticket Management: Handle incidents and break‑fix requests from multiple ministries with diverse architectures and applications.

Customer Service: Provide professional and courteous support to end‑users, including doctors.

Analytical Skills: Utilize critical thinking and analytical skills to troubleshoot and resolve issues.

System Expertise: Work with various imaging applications and reporting systems, including Merge, GE, Philips, and McKesson.

Communication: Effectively communicate with vendors for technical support and escalate issues as needed.

Prioritization: Prioritize responsibilities and manage stress in high‑pressure situations, such as when critical systems are down.

Team Collaboration: Work independently but with access to an escalation team for complex issues.

KEY EXPERIENCE

Experience: 3‑4 years of experience in radiology or cardiology imaging in a remote and hybrid project environments.

Technical Skills: Familiarity with clinical imaging systems and applications (Merge, GE, Philips, and McKesson).

Experience with ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems.

Familiarity with testing, documentation, and support processes.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
