Job Description American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Labor & Delivery position requiring active MD or Compact RN licensure and at least 2 years of L&D experience.

Responsibilities

Work in a busy Labor & Delivery unit within a hospital setting

Night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM

Must work every other weekend

Thirteen-week contract assignment

Responsibilities include providing nursing care throughout the labor, delivery, and immediate postpartum period

Must follow American Traveler and hospital protocols for patient care

Must provide license verification dated within 30 days of start

COVID vaccination card required for consideration

Holiday and weekend coverage expectations apply

Requirements

Active MD or Compact RN license required

Minimum 2 years of recent Labor & Delivery RN experience

Current BLS certification (American Heart Association)

Current NRP certification required

AWHONN Fetal Heart Monitoring certification required
