What You Will Do
Design structural systems for complex building projects across concrete, steel, masonry, and post-tensioned systems
Perform structural engineering inspections and document findings
Use analysis tools, including RAM, ETABS, and related software for design and modeling
Collaborate with senior engineers on calculations, plans, and detailing
Prepare drawings with Revit Structure in coordination with project teams
Review plans, calculations, and construction documents for accuracy
Support field investigations and site visits as needed
Communicate effectively with teammates, clients, and project partners
Contribute to a collaborative environment focused on learning, quality, and innovation
Experience You Will Need
Two or more years of structural engineering experience
Bachelor’s degree in structural engineering or related major
A master’s degree is a plus, but not required
Professional Engineer license or eligibility to obtain one
Experience with RAM, ETABS, or similar structural analysis software
Working knowledge of Revit Structure
Experience designing new buildings in the United States is strongly preferred
Strong communication, organization, and teamwork abilities
Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to take on responsibility
