Job Title Solutions Engineer Location Remote or Washington, D.C. Reports to VP, Strategy & Transformation About The Company
Our client is a technology organization that delivers digital health and smart spaces solutions for healthcare providers, payers, life sciences organizations, and enterprises. It offers an integrated platform that connects people, data, and workflows to improve care coordination, patient engagement, and operational efficiency. Its portfolio includes virtual care, remote patient monitoring, care management, interoperability, and IoT-enabled workplace safety and facilities management. Job Summary
We are seeking a Solutions Engineer to serve as the technical voice of our orchestration platform in executive conversations with enterprise clients. This is a high-visibility, pre-sales and solution architecture role—ideal for a technologist who can connect AI innovation with enterprise realities, command credibility with C-suite stakeholders, and translate complex architecture into clear business value. You will deeply understand our company’s product architecture and capabilities, deliver product demonstrations, and co-create solution blueprints with client executives that showcase how the product integrates with their systems to unlock measurable ROI. Key Responsibilities
Client-Facing Solution Leadership: Serve as the technical lead in pre-sales conversations, articulating how the platform integrates within client ecosystems (data, APIs, cloud, security, workflows). Lead live product demonstrations, tailoring the narrative to resonate with CxOs, CTOs, and digital transformation leaders. Translate business challenges into clear solution architectures, integration approaches, and value cases powered by the product. Partner with Product, AI Engineering, and Transformation teams to co-develop tailored proofs-of-concept and demo assets for strategic pursuits. Technical Expertise & Evangelism: Maintain deep understanding of the product’s AI orchestration architecture, agent frameworks, and integration model. Confidently address technical due diligence questions on APIs, security, interoperability, scalability, and deployment options. Advise clients on how the product can coexist and integrate with their enterprise stack (cloud platforms, workflow systems, data lakes, etc.). Influence client technology roadmaps by showing how the product accelerates modernization and AI adoption. Pre-Sales Strategy & Collaboration: Collaborate closely with Sales and Strategy teams to shape technical win themes and client-specific narratives. Develop reusable technical assets like architecture decks, demo scripts, integration guides, FAQs to enable scale across pursuits. Provide structured feedback to Product and Engineering teams on client requirements and emerging market needs. Requirements
8+ years in technical pre-sales, solution architecture, or enterprise consulting roles for complex software platforms. Strong foundation in cloud, API, and integration architectures (Azure, AWS, GCP). Hands-on understanding of AI and automation technologies — LLMs, orchestration frameworks, or workflow platforms. Deep familiarity with enterprise IT landscapes — data, middleware, identity, and security. Exceptional communication and storytelling skills — able to engage both technical and executive audiences with clarity and confidence. Experience leading live demos, handling objections, and guiding technical evaluations through close. Curiosity, composure, and credibility; someone who can “own the room” when discussing architecture, scalability, and enterprise fit. Preferred Qualifications
GTM pre-sales experience delivering solutioning during warm executive meetings. Skilled in delivering product demos showcasing current capabilities, future roadmap elements, and multi-agent enablement. Experience working directly with C-suite and VP-level stakeholders to configure product solutions and map them into complex enterprise ecosystems. Proven ability to sell across the full opportunity funnel (Discovery, Needs Analysis, Demo, Features/Benefits, Fit, Close) and transition successfully into implementation stages. Job Function & Seniority
