Job Description
The F35 System Design team is looking for a System Design Operations Lead. This role will support leadership and technical leadership in multiple execution initiatives. The incumbent will work in early design to finalize customer requirements and, along the System Engineering Vee, ensure customer alignment. They will manage systems requirements to derive a systems design and allocate functional, performance, and interface requirements to the components of that design.
Desired Skills
Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) experience
Experience in weapons, avionics, or communications systems
Excellent oral and written communication skills and strong interpersonal skills
Strong or demonstrated systems engineering skills
Familiarity with system engineering best practices
Experience working on Agile teams or projects
