Senior Assistant Store Manager – Spencer's
Hourly rate: $17.00 – $17.25 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience.
Location: Corpus Christi, TX. Work schedule: up to 38 hours per week. Minimum age: 18.
Responsibilities
Establish and maintain Guest Services standards.
Support the Store Manager with overall store operations.
Drive maximum sales and profitability by developing staff, controlling expenses, and reducing shrinkage.
Oversee all aspects of merchandising and inventory control in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements
Prior retail and/or management experience is required.
Must be able to stand, walk, climb ladders and lift up to 50 pounds for more than 8 hours per day.
Must meet the minimum age requirement of 18 years.
