SAP MES/PP Architect
Location:
Dallas, TX (in office 3 days a week)

Responsibilities
Lead as an SAP PPMES expert consultant with 15–20 years of experience.
Configure SAP PP, PEO, QM modules; define and manage product rework processes from stock MRO.
Gather requirements, prepare functional specifications, and guide ABAP developers.
Translate business requirements into development items, facilitating architecture decisions.
Perform comprehensive integration between PPMM, PPQM modules within complex assembly manufacturing.
Collaborate on data migration (non‑SAP or SAP to SAP) of master and transactional data using LTMC, LSMW, migration cockpit.
Validate BOM, routing, and orders through multiple test cycles to ensure alignment with business needs.
Investigate and resolve data migration errors related to BOM, routing, and master data.
Assist in configuring serialization and batch management in material master.
Support FIORI and S/4HANA applications; maintain modular integration via MAIKs.
Drive results-oriented solutions with a proactive, adaptable approach.
Qualifications
15–20 years of SAP experience, specifically in MES/PP architecture.
Deep knowledge of SAP PP, PEO, QM, and related manufacturing modules.
Industry exposure to aerospace, defense, or automotive (preferred).
Experience with FIORI, S/4HANA, and complex assembly manufacturing.
Proficiency in requirement gathering, functional specification development, and ABAP coordination.
Strong grasp of material requirement planning, project stock, and WBS elements.
Experience with SAP Project Systems network orders, WBS elements, and PPPS integration.
Solid data migration skills using LTMC, LSMW, Data Services, and S4 Data Migration Cockpit.
Familiarity with serialization, batch management, and material master configuration.
Results‑oriented mindset with adaptability, flexibility, and resourcefulness.
