SAP PP with Data Migration (Flexi) Consultant/ Architect
Location: Fort Worth, TX ( Need to work 3 days onsite )
Responsibilities & Qualifications
SAP PP/MES consultant with 12‑20 years of experience.
Configuration expert in SAP PP, PEO, and QM modules; knowledge of product rework, rework from stock, and MRO processes.
Industry experience in aerospace & defense or automobile (nice to have).
Exposure to FIORI applications and S4HANA.
Hands‑on experience with PP‑MM and PP‑QM integration; complex assembly manufacturing preferred.
Capable of requirement gathering, building functional specifications, guiding ABAP developers, and testing with business acumen.
Summarize business requirements into processes and translate them into development items.
At least 2–3 SAP implementation project experiences preferred in production planning and quality modules.
Knowledge of Parameter Unit effectivity is a bonus (aircraft build). Hands‑on experience with material requirement planning and project stock involving WBS elements.
Theoretical knowledge of SAP project systems (network orders, WBS elements, and PP‑PS integration via MA & IKs).
Results oriented with a can‑do attitude, adaptability, flexibility, and resourcefulness.
Exposure to SAP CAMS (complex assembly manufacturing system) preferred.
Experience with data migration from non‑SAP or SAP systems to another for master and transactional data via LTMC, LSMW, and data migration cockpit.
Familiarity with S4 Data Migration Cockpit, SAP Data Services, SAP BODS, SAP Data Services Designer, and S4HANA Database.
Deep knowledge of material master, Bill of Materials, Routing (plan) usage & configuration, serialization, and batch management.
Investigate and resolve data migration errors related to master data in BOM & routing; perform multiple test cycles to validate BOM, routing, and orders across the landscape.
Review and test architectural decisions for MBOMs, routing, and serialization, ensuring alignment with business requirements and system configurations.
