Job Summary and Responsibilities
Dignity Health Medical Group – Sequoia is seeking an experienced and team-oriented Orthopedic 1st Assist Physician Assistant (PA) to join our growing Orthopedic Surgery program in Redwood City, CA. This is an exceptional opportunity to work with a respected surgical team in a high-volume setting, providing comprehensive care in both clinic and OR.
Opportunity Highlights
Monday - Friday schedule with NO weekend or night call
Opportunity to assist surgically in a broad range of Orthopedic surgeries (Inpatient AND Outpatient OR)
Blend of clinic-based patient care and surgical first assist responsibilities
Participate in pre- and post-operative care and follow-up visits
Collaborative, team-based environment with strong mentorship and support
Work alongside renowned orthopedic surgeons Dr. Neal Berger and Dr. Arati Dunbar in a high-volume, well-respected practice
Compensation & Benefits
Annual Salary: $150,000 - $160,000 per year

Job Requirements
Minimum of 2 years Orthopedic Surgery experience required
Graduation from an accredited Physician Assistant program
Current and unrestricted California PA license and NCCPA certification
