Job Description American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a PACU position requiring an active MA license and certifications in BLS, ACLS, and PALS.
Responsibilities
Position is in the PACU within the OR department of a hospital setting
Patient population includes year-round residents and a significant influx of seasonal visitors
Utilizes Epic for charting and documentation
Five 8-hour day shifts with variable start times, including required call on nights, weekends, and holidays
No RTO (time off) is permitted during the assignment
Must be able to provide documentation and references as part of the application process
Parking may require use of public options with daily fees as no validated parking is provided
Epic charting experience is beneficial
Permanent residence must be at least 60 miles from Boston for standard travel rate
Holiday and on-call coverage are required as part of the assignment schedule
Requirements
Active MA RN license in hand at the time of consideration, with no pending or conditional licenses accepted
Minimum of 2 years RN experience required
Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required, AHA certifications preferred
Proof of primary COVID-19 vaccination and flu vaccination required, with no religious or medical exemptions allowed
