72 hours biweekly guaranteed EMR:

Position Overview BILH is seeking an experienced Emergency Department RN to support evening and night coverage in a fast-paced ED environment. This role requires strong clinical assessment skills, pediatric capability, and the ability to function independently in high-acuity settings.
Travelers must hold an active
MA RN license at time of submission , meet all certification requirements, and provide schedule availability for interview.
Required Experience
2+ years recent Emergency Department experience
Experience with adult and pediatric emergencies
Strong clinical judgment, rapid prioritization, and ED flow management skills
Must not have worked at any BILH facility (travel, perm, or per diem) in the
last 6 months
Certifications (Required)
BLS – AHA
ACLS – AHA
PALS or ENPC
(equivalency accepted)
TNCC
preferred
MAB
preferred
Key Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive ED nursing care to patients of all ages
Respond quickly to emergent situations, trauma activations, and pediatric cases
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate and deliver care
Document accurately and efficiently within
Meditech
Support safe, high-quality patient care practices
Participate in required holiday and weekend rotations
