General Role Description Our Obstetrics and Gynecology Department is dedicated to women’s health. The OB/GYNs provide comprehensive care—including general gynecological services, pregnancy management, and reproductive health—while also specializing in childbirth, prenatal counseling, delivery, and postpartum care. Providers must uphold patient‑service values, mutual respect, value‑based and evidence‑based care, and maintain the highest ethical standards.
Key Responsibilities
Provide general gynecological care for women, including preventive exams, diagnosis, and treatment of conditions such as breast and cervical cancer, urinary tract and pelvic disorders, and hormonal disorders.
Offer comprehensive pregnancy care—prenatal diagnoses, labor and delivery management, and postpartum follow‑up.
Counsel patients regarding fertility, contraception, and reproductive health options.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and enhance outcomes.
Engage in lifelong professional development to maintain and advance clinical expertise.
Required Qualifications
Completed residency and practicing, or currently in residency when applying.
Graduate of an approved training program from an accredited medical school, residency, or fellowship program upon hire.
Licensed to practice in the state of Texas.
Board‑Certified or Board‑Eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology.
Preferred Qualifications
Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish.
Compensation & Benefits Salary range:
$104,500 to $156,000
annually (full‑time). Compensation is based on base, bonus, and performance metrics and varies with experience.
Benefits include a comprehensive package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase plans, a 401(k) contribution, and additional benefits subject to eligibility.
