The Cards team at Stripe is responsible for the infrastructure, user‑facing features, and business of accepting credit, debit, and pre‑paid card payments. Delivering the best offering for processing card payments is critical to Stripe’s mission, given the central role card payments play in internet commerce. What you’ll do
As a Product Manager for Cards Pricing at Stripe, you’ll be responsible for pricing Card payment products worldwide. You’ll balance the needs of our customers and competitive landscape, while helping Stripe maintain its margins. Responsibilities
Lead Card pricing: defining pricing principles, driving pricing decisions and operationalizing those decisions working with pricing, finance, marketing and GTM teams. Work with engineering and data science to build observability into current pricing, margin and revenue realization; drive insights and translate them into pricing recommendations. Define processes for competitive analysis and regular pricing audits; use engineering and data science to automate pricing processes. Work backwards from customers and maintain a keen eye on competitors to identify new pricing models; build the business case, test, and, if validated, build out the new models. Work daily with Engineering, Design, Data Science, GTM, Pricing, Marketing, PMs and Operations to drive flawless execution on product and pricing initiatives. Serve as the expert and primary point of contact across all of Stripe for everything related to card pricing and GTM processes. Who you are

Brings 5+ years of experience in a product role. Brings 3+ years of experience in Pricing. Ability to effectively collaborate with engineering, product, data science, and cross‑functional teams; experience working with go‑to‑market teams in a B2B sales environment. Ability to deeply analyze data, derive insights, and make data‑driven decisions; proven track record of instrumenting and measuring product initiatives, including those with less obvious metrics. Strong written and verbal communication skills with a talent for simplifying complex concepts. Successful in delivering continuous product improvement as well as 0 → 1 launches. Ownership mindset and persistence to work on whatever it takes to ensure that your product is successful. Proven ability to deliver high‑impact presentations to executive audiences. Ability to thrive with a high level of autonomy and responsibility. Preferred Qualifications
Experience in Payments, working with Card Networks or Banking partners. Experience working with ML, data science and data analyst teams; SQL proficiency will help. Experience managing and growing platform products. Experience overseeing operational processes or managing operational teams. Hybrid work at Stripe
The role is available either in an office or a remote location (35+ miles or 56+ km from a Stripe office). In‑office expectations
Office‑assigned Stripes spend at least 50% of the time in a given month in their local office or with users. This creates a balance between bringing people together for in‑person collaboration and learning from each other, while supporting flexibility about how to do this in a way that makes sense for individuals and their teams. Working remotely at Stripe
A remote location is defined as being 35 miles (56 kilometers) or more from an office. While you would be welcome to come into the office for team or business meetings, you are expected to regularly work from home rather than a Stripe office. Stripe does not cover relocation costs for a remote location. We encourage you to apply for roles that match the location where you currently live or plan to live. Pay and benefits
The annual US base salary range for this role is
$178,600 – $268,000 . For sales roles, this range is an On Target Earnings (OTE) range, including commissions and bonuses. The range may be narrowed during the interview process based on experience, qualification and location. Additional benefits may include equity, company bonus or sales commissions/bonuses, 401(k) plan, medical, dental, vision benefits, and wellness stipends.
