Responsibilities
Oversee all hotel operations—from Front Office to Housekeeping, Food Service, Sales, and Maintenance.
Implement brand initiatives that exceed guest expectations.
Recruit, train, and inspire high-performing teams.
Drive revenue growth while optimizing costs and maintaining compliance.
Lead hotels with 300+ rooms, preferably in the Marriott brand.
Experience 4+ years of hotel management.
Strong leadership, emotional intelligence, and business acumen.
Tech‑savvy and comfortable with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office.
Proven ability to build culture, resolve challenges, and lead with purpose.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, or a related field.
