Operating Partner Requirements & Qualifications

Built a Medical Spa from year one to year 5 with a revenue over $8 million by year 3

Strong knowledge of medical aesthetics services (e.g., injectables, lasers, body contouring)

Must be able to recruit, retain, and lead clinical and front‑of‑house teams

Proven history of financial understanding - know the PnL and be able to create and execute a business plan

Comfortable managing vendor relationships, inventory, and service menus

Hands‑on, guest‑first approach — leading by example during busy hours

Operating Partner Preferred Background & Skills

Experience partnering with a Medical Director or Physician Injector

Exposure to CRM or med spa‑specific EMR systems (e.g., Aesthetic Record, Nextech)

Marketing or social media strategy knowledge within a local luxury service brand

P&L and budgeting experience required

Passion for wellness, aesthetics, and empowering others to look and feel their best

Entrepreneurial mindset with high emotional intelligence and attention to detail
