SkyHop Global is seeking a hands‑on and strategic Regional Director to oversee the day‑to‑day operations of up to six locations across Texas, Denver, and Minnesota. This is a high‑impact leadership role that reports directly to the CEO and requires a seasoned operations executive with multi‑unit, multi‑state management experience, a strong grasp of P&L accountability, and the ability to lead and hold teams accountable to operational metrics.
We're looking for an operational powerhouse with experience in:
Multi‑unit leadership
P&L ownership
Team oversight across multiple states
Payroll and overtime management
Safety and compliance oversight
How You’ll Make an Impact
Lead, develop, and hold Station Leaders accountable for performance and budget adherence
Ensure operational efficiency and excellence across up to six stations
Recruit, hire, and onboard local leadership and key operations staff
Oversee regional P&L and drive profitability through labor and cost controls
Enforce and support on‑time performance, safety standards, and payroll discipline
Conduct regular travel to each location (up to 75% of the time) to support local leadership
Monitor KPIs, review financials, and execute improvements in alignment with organizational goals
Lead regional compliance with company procedures, DOT regulations, and safety protocols
Direct and support incident investigations and corrective actions in the field
Serve as a trusted member of the executive leadership team, contributing to strategic decision‑making
Position Requirements
10+ years of progressive management experience
3‑5 years in a multi‑unit leadership role overseeing multiple locations (multi‑state highly preferred)
Strong experience in operations, transportation, or logistics preferred
Must live in the Dallas/Fort Worth area – this is an on‑site leadership role
Bachelor’s degree; advanced degree or equivalent experience preferred
Demonstrated P&L accountability with consistent record of meeting/exceeding targets.
Ability to coach and manage leaders while holding them accountable to operational goals
Track record of improving on‑time performance, payroll efficiency, and safety compliance
Ability to recruit and hire strong teams aligned with performance standards
Comfortable with extensive travel (up to 75%)
Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills
