Responsibilities
Design, develop, and deploy advanced analytical models and prediction systems to optimize business communication strategies and operational efficiencies. Utilize Machine Learning and AI to explore rich customer and omnichannel data assets to personalize guest experiences for a loyalty base of 45M+ members. Act as a subject matter expert, clearly explaining complex analytical approaches and model results to diverse internal stakeholders to drive alignment and business outcomes. Required Qualifications
3+ years of professional experience in analytical functions, with a preference for marketing analytics use cases. Proven fluency in
Python
and scientific-related frameworks (Scikit Learn, NumPy, SciPy) and
SQL
for data mining and feature extraction. In-depth knowledge of statistical techniques and machine learning concepts (e.g., supervised/unsupervised learning, statistical inference). Hands-on experience with
cloud computing platforms
and with designing, deploying, and maintaining machine learning pipelines. Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills to articulate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.
